Update!

Michigan State University ( MSU) had updated my status. Those words sound such this way;

"A decision was made on 2/24/2010. An official letter was mailed to you. Admission decisions are not provided over the telephone. Decision letters are mailed to applicants and typically take 7-10 business days to receive and could take up to 3 weeks to reach international applicants"

I just need to be patience to wait my first official offer letter. It sounds amazing to hold it up.. >_<>
